RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Our customer service team will process returns or replacements as accurately and quickly as we can to ensure a good experience. Returned items should be returned in new, unused condition (and in original packaging, please) within 30 days of purchase date. Carefully pack return merchandise and secure it with strong tape. Please send via US Mail (include order number and email address). Full refund includes item cost and original shipping. Buyer pays for return shipping unless item is damaged or defective.
